Hi-Tech Gears manufactures custom gears and gear sets based on 2D drawings, 3D CAD models, or old parts. We will manufacture the gears to your exact specifications, with the appropriate material, and needed timeline. Our normal turn time is two to three weeks with no hidden fees — and can provide expedited services when needed.

We specialize in low-quantity gear orders with short lead times. We can make prototype or production gears limited quantities (1-10 pieces) – and have the capacity to do full production runs.

We specialize in gears made from cast iron, steel, nylon and hardened/nitride treated steel in sizes from 1/2” to 15” diameter.
